Verizon allowed me to upgrade early last year when I had problems with my Droid X2.
Am I able to upgrade early to a new phone now, instead of paying to get a refurbished phone?
A complete redesign of the phone is released every two years, then a more incremental model (the S model) is released in the year in between.
It's that timeline — which Apple only recently moved away from with the release of the i Phone 7 — that has traditionally impacted when people opt to fix their screen. "When the i Phone 7 came out, i Phone 6s repairs actually eclipsed i Phone 6 repairs.
I plan on upgrading with Verizon anyways, so I am just wondering if I can upgrade now?
